Terms and conditions for screening Our Planet: Our Business
The film Our Planet: Our Business is owned by Netflix, Silverback and WWF and organisations must respect the following conditions when screening the film:
The film cannot be used for commercial gain, resale or fundraising purposes. It cannot be shown at a ticketed event where people have paid to attend, regardless of whether the Our Planet: Our Business screening is free. Please contact us with any questions.
There must not be any corporate or third-party brand association implied with the film or the Our Planet or Netflix brand. Please ensure you refer to the film with its full title ‘Our Planet: Our Business’ not just ‘Our Planet’ (which refers to the original series on Netflix) and that no company logos are added to any promotional material.
The film must be used in its entirety and for the purposes originally intended and cannot be edited, cut or spliced together with other footage.
Media invitations to events are permitted as long as it is clear is not a Netflix event.
The film file will be kept confidentially and securely and only used for the purpose of that one screening (for further screenings a new request needs to be approved)
The film file must be deleted immediately after use
