The Our Planet images and logo are owned by Netflix. Permission has been granted under the following conditions. Please abide by these conditions to avoid copyright infringement:

• These images can be used for both internal and external promotions of your screening (e.g. they can be used on email invites, internal internet, internal social channels, posters, digital internal screens and external social media sites). The images can only if used in direct promotion of your event. To seek permission to use the images in media or press articles, please contact us with a description of your request.

• Please note that company logos can not be added to these images. No 3rd party logos can be used alongside the Netflix Our Planet brand. If you want to add a corporate logo then these images and the Netflix / Our Planet logo cannot be used.

• Please do not move, resize or distort the image or logos. If resizing the whole creative, please resize proportionally. If attempting to fit the creative to a screen – choose ‘fit’ or ‘centre’ NOT ‘tile’, ‘span’, ‘stretch’ or ‘fill’ – these options will distort.

• We have created physical posters and flyers, but we encourage you to think twice before printing any promotional materials and consider the sustainability of your event.

• Please always refer to the films with their full title 'Our Planet: Our Business' and Our Planet: Too Big To Fail' NOT just Our Planet (which refers to the series on the Netflix platform).

• Take care with the wording of your invite to ensure that you aren’t implying corporate association with the creation of the films. For example: “Company X is proud to be screening Our Planet: Our Business” or “Company X is proud to host a screening of Our Planet: Too Big To Fail”, but not: “Company X is proud to support Our Planet: Our Business” (which implies corporate association with the film itself).

• Alongside the title, please refer to the film as "A film inspired by the Netflix series" [or] "A film inspired by the Our Planet Netflix series"

• Below is an example film description to use in your promotions for each film:
